Making art can heal and transform you. Painting from the HeArt play-shop journey is about finding the way for our spirit to be. This takes clear desire, courage and willingness to let spirit be the leader. This may look like an art class on the surface but the goal and purpose are different. The creative process teaches us how our spirit can flow and teaches us how to make our lives a living breathing expression of our spirit on earth. Every-one has a guidance system deep within the Heart space, which is unique to each individual. Through visualization & meditation we will journey into our heart space and create our own "One Heart" portrait that will reveal messages & guidance. Learn about the voice of the one heart and the soul connection. Guided meditation that will bring you into the heart centre, with the vibration of tranquil music being played in the background, you will experience this vibration moving through out your body release and transforming the fear/energy that maybe holding you back.
You will be painting your interpretation of the sacred space within your heart, with the intention of creating your own personal portal to the voice of the one heart, then allowing yourself the privilege of expanding and dissolving into the heart.

All class materials - are provided such as an assortment of brushes, paint, canvas, interesting objects (feathers, shells, hearts, mirrors, beads etc...) Also you will be picking a stone/crystal from my collection to add to your portrait to help raise the vibration of your energy portrait!
Sharing time will be provided at the end of the session, to view, discuss, share and interpretations.
